Over the last weekend nearly forty copies of my poetry book (ASIN: B00GL2OXV8) were sold by the mighty Amazon. Most were taken by folk in the USA, but two copies went out to Australia. I hadn’t checked my sales report figures for several days and it was a lovely surprise that brightened an otherwise dull, winter weekend.
Of course, I don’t know who you all are, but Thank You! – And if one of you is reading this, perhaps you will leave me your comments.

LOVE…..
This feeling of pain,
this feeling of grief,
this chance to be human and humble.
This awareness of fear,
the awareness we all fear to feel.
the ability to witness those contractions of spirit.
The ability to stare all of this in the face,
eye-to-eye, toe-to-toe and still I retain the ability
to love,
to reach out my hands again and again – to understand,
just how, to manifest my love.
To use every challenge as a chance, a choice, to open my heart,
to soften my judgement, to believe my heart.
To choose the determination to stay – and not withdraw.
To invite the space to open and allow something new to arise in my heart.

HAPPY FRIDAY!! – The weekend is almost here.
My musician activities have recently taken an exciting turn. I’m playing drums with a lovely group of people called the Nashville Band, they are based not far away, in a small town called Mellionec. And I’m loving every moment.
On the 9th July we will be playing in a festival that hopes to revive some of the nostalgic feelings of the 60s and 70s in the Festival of Love and Peace. It will be a great night and I’ll be looking forward to seeing you.
We will be playing several gigs before the festival night and I’ll post the details as soon as I have them.
